Opportunity for Training Specialist

Good morning, all.

I am in need of a training specialist to assist me in my new role.

I have attached the job description, but the primary skills I’m looking for are:

  1. technology savvy;

  2. knowledgeable about learning and ISD

  3. experience with eLearning authoring tool (Storyline, Captivate); and

  4. experience as a trainer.

The person will assist me in maintaining our LMS, develop both ILT and CBT using a specific ISD process I have, and perform ILT for 1-200 students.

I need someone outgoing as this is a new department and half of our job is promoting what we can do for the company.

The timeframe for filling this position is short. I’d like to have them in place in December. Also, there is no relocation for this position, so they need to be local.
