The University of Arkansas System eVersity is the newest institution in the UA System. Established in 2014, the University of Arkansas System eVersity is a 100% online university that will begin offering classes in 2015. The eVersity will seek accreditation and, in the interim, will work collaboratively with existing institutions of the UA System.
The University of Arkansas System eVersity is currently seeking individuals who will excel while working for a start-up organization. Ideal candidates will be comfortable working in a fast moving, innovative, creative, and lean environment. Individuals should be comfortable working as active members of a tight team and have a willingness to do whatever is needed to accomplish the task. Experience moving from the idea/vision stage to initial implementation to operational scale is desired. The candidate must be comfortable working in an innovative, collaborative, exciting and fast paced open office work environment. A commitment to designing high quality courses, and student success through innovative uses of technology is paramount.
Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree or higher in instructional design, curriculum design, instructional technology, educational technology or a related field from an accredited college or university with two (2) years experience creating high-quality online courses and programs at the university level in collaboration with faculty members.
