Knowledge and Experience:

Knowledge and experience in all components, features, and functions of the LMS, LCMS, and related technologies platforms. Provide level 1 and level 2 phone and email support to IP Learning System Users and Training Coordinators, Developers, and Moderators. Conduct functional quality assurance of internal/vendor web-based course content (SCORM/AICC). Provide functional support to team members, businesses, and staff groups for the delivery of courses. Ensure accuracy and completeness of training data submitted to the system. Support the identification, testing, and implementation of new systems or system updates. Coordinate with HRIS, Technology Support (IT), and application provider & support to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues. Support the planning, design, and implementation of reports for management and internal customers using various system and other reporting tools, to include: SumTotal Report Manager, Crystal Reports, and BIDs. Creates, manages, and enforces system standards, processes, policies and procedures. Create and/or update training documents, job aids, and Learning Services website to assist users. Develop and deliver training on IP Learning Systems for administrators, managers, users, developers, instructors, and content reviewers. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal customers and content/system vendors.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent related work experience: 3-5 years experience working with corporate wide learning technology (SumTotal and Greenlight preferred); 1-2 years experience in a technical support or customer service field. Multi-task and prioritize work with competing deadlines. Experience with Virtual Classroom Solutions (Interwise or AT&T Connect, etc). Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills. Stand-up technical instruction and presentation experience. Customer service and results oriented. Able to build and sustain relationships with external consultants and internal employees at all levels of the organization. Experience with reporting tools such as Crystal Reports and BIDS, Business objects, or SQL Reporting preferred. Experience in database or systems application support preferred. Familiarity with eLearning development standards including SCORM and/or AICC preferred. Experience with eCourse and web design (HTML, Flash, Photoshop) preferred. Experience with authoring tools (e.g., Flash, Captivate, Articulate, etc.), and programs that facilitate e-learning creation.
