Educational Technologist

Indiana University-Purdue University Fort Wayne (IPFW) is accepting applications for the position of Educational Technologist for the Center for the Enhancement of Learning and Teaching (CELT). Responsibilities include working in partnership with interested faculty, departments, administrators, and university’s faculty development team to promote effective teaching strategies and improve student learning outcomes in face-to-face, blended and distance learning environments that utilize technology in a significant way. Assisting faculty with course design, course development, classroom management, active learning, learning theory, assessment methods, documentation of teaching, multicultural course transformation, and other topics related to implementation, and evaluating of curriculum development grant programs and grant-funded projects, with particular emphasis on projects integrating technology. Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Systems Technology, Curriculum and Instruction, Educational Technology or related field required.
