Instructional Technology Specialist Position

ISC Consulting Group is a small veteran owned business in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The Instructional Solutions Practice has recently celebrated its first anniversary. We are continuing to grow. At this time, we are looking for Instructional Technology Specialists to add to our team of professionals which include a program manager, project managers, subject matter experts, graphic artists, software
developers, system engineers, and instructional system designers. The ideal candidate is highly energetic, self-starting, skilled
professional. Instructional Technology Specialist shall have experience which includes:

Experience with concepts, principles, practices, and/or products related to instructional systems development and
implementation as they pertain to training of adult learners Experience should include knowledge of the Analysis, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluation (ADDIE) process and an understanding of Sequential Approximation Model (SAM)
Experience should include the application of learning theory to classroom, online, and blended instruction
Developing and integrating new methods, approaches, and/or procedures related to current and future goals in education, training, course development, interactive multimedia instruction and
instructional technologies
Demonstrate proficiency in instructional technology and course management applications
Leading or participating in the development and
implementation of online courses
Implementing blended learning solutions to support an organizational paradigm shift from instructor-led training to incorporate training at the point of need/demand
Conduct analyses to determine where technology could be used to improve training and education
Able to work with a range of multimedia software and programs including audio, video, and animation online within a LMS or gaming environment

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and evaluate self-paced instruction to include thorough analysis of target audience, design documentation,
storyboards, audio and video scripts, evaluation plans and
instruments, and production of evaluation reports
Use a variety of tools and software to produce interactive multimedia instruction (IMI) products such as technology-based products and training programs to include simulations, videos, animations, web-based applications, and distributed learning (dL) courses
Effectively communicate design ideas and intent with developers and subject matter experts
Basic understanding of development tools
Develop client relations

Required Skills:

A minimum of two (2) years of cumulative experience with concepts, principles, practice and/or products related to
instructional systems development and implementation as they pertain to training and education.
Excellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent written, oral communication, and interpersonal skills Team player in a demanding environment
Secret clearance required

Preferred Skills:

Proficiency in Captivate 7 and Adobe E-Learning Suite Microsoft Office Suite
Basic LMS design and development knowledge (Moodle, Blackboard, Saba, etc)
Understanding of SCORM
