Essential Functions and Duties Responsible for creation and adaptation of source materials into an eLearning environment. Those efforts include working with internal and external subject matter experts (SMEs) to devise and review course content, application of adult learning principles, and hands-on development of eLearning courses and programs. Works with functional teams to gather requirements for development of training documentation. Assesses, develops and delivers training for assigned application as well as special projects. Performs tasks requiring judgment, initiative, and knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Duties:
*Responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality learning solutions, both elearning and printed materials.
*Contributes to storyboarding, authoring, and development of e-learning content and blended learning solutions.
*Develops instructional material, coordinates, writes and edits content, and incorporates current technology.
*Designs and develops supporting aides for print, classroom and on-the-job training materials. *Interacts with SMEs in planning and scoping requirements.
*Reviews and tests new and revised curriculum offerings from other team members, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement.
*Improves consistency and quality of documentation and learning assets by maintaining instructional development standards, templates, and style guides for elearning, videos, quick reference guides, and other learning resources.
*Organizes and maintains current training documentation and learning resources (both elearning courses/videos and other learning materials), identifying gaps, updates required, or content that is no longer relevant.
*Analyzes the end user technology environment (desktop and network) to determine limitations to media, graphic and audio development. Selects media and graphical treatment that is consistent with both technology infrastructure and learning audience needs.
*Performs/ensure daily maintenance of the on-line registration system consisting of adds, deletes, and curriculum requests. Completes assigned work orders. *Provides data for reports to the Team Lead.
*Leads training presentations.
*Engages in or leads special projects as assigned.
Minimum Education
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
Minimum Job Experience
• Required: Two years of experience required with a Bachelor’s degree; Three years of experience in a technical support environment without a Bachelor’s degree. • Required: Minimum of two years in a customer service environment. Minimum Certification/Licenses/Registration
• None required.
Additional Information *Must have experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs, web-based training development, and asynchronous learning content. *Proficiency in Mac and Microsoft Office applications.
Experience using Captivate strongly preferred.
