DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for professional development programs to develop highly efficient instructor and courseware workforce. • Responsible for the management and supervision of Core Learning Centers (CLC) to meet customer demands. • Initiates service award submission and speaking opportunities. • Develops and manages metrics of learning system workforces to statistically manage the most efficient learning systems. • Assist the CLO in innovations, conference development and research opportunities. • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
