Academic Internship opportunity at ALSAC/St. Jude

From: Maria Hubbard

Maria.Hubbard@stjude.org

The job description attached is very detailed and geared toward Organization Development. The reason is because we do not have a “straight up” instructional design group. Instead, we have organization development utility players who can deliver talent in a broad scope application.

That said, we are in need of assistance with a new body of work – Compliance Training. Under my direction, this person would formulate instructional solutions for 1,300 employees half of which are geographically dispersed. This means the designer should be able to design, develop, and implement training solutions as e-learning, micro-learning, virtual ILT, mobile learning and good ol’ paper-based job aids. Frequently, my group is approached by others to take a developed PPT and enhance it with learning interactions, then converted to a simple page-turner e-learning program.
