Dear Training and Performance Division Members,
Due to the surge of submission in the past 24 hours, the proposal submission system crashed. Therefore, we will be extending the submission deadline by one week, until 11:59pm (Eastern), March 9, 2012. The system will also remain open until March 9 so that members may go back in and edit/polish any proposals that were submitted earlier.
Please let me know if you have further questions regarding the submissions.
